WHAT IS METHANDIENONE
Methandienone is an anabolic steroid that is generally taken orally. It goes by a host of other names, including Averbol, DBOL, Danabol, and Dianabol. It is used as a bodybuilding supplement. It is extremely effective as a means of aiding bodybuilders as it utilizes a powerful combination of proteins along with the strength of muscle mass. It is known to create dramatic results within a relatively short period of time. It is extremely effective when taken orally as it breaks down into a small compound after being processed through the liver.
In addition to this, it can decrease the amount of bonding that occurs with globulin, thus allowing for the steroid to stay in the body without causing further reactions chemically.

HOW TO USE METHANDIENONE
Methandienone is typically best when taken on an empty stomach. The bioavailability of any oral anabolic steroid can be diminished when taken along with food. This is because steroid hormones are fat soluble by nature, and when the drug dissolves with other dietary fats that have not yet been fully digested, the ability of the gastrointestinal tract to absorb the drug is reduced.
In order to maximize the utilization of Methandienone, it is best to portion out the tablets so that the concentration in your blood stream remains regulated. METHANDIENONE DOSING INFORMATION
For men, the recommended dosage for body mass gains and a physique performance enhancing effect is around 25 to 50mg a day. It is best to divide this amount up throughout the day into four or five doses. This amount is considered optimal, though many bodybuilders will take as much as 250mg per day. The cycles can go from six to eight weeks long, and are generally followed by cycles of rest that last from six to eight weeks long.
For women, the recommended daily dosage that is proven to be the most effective is around five to ten mg. It is possible that Methandienone, when used by women, can create strong virilization symptoms in the body. For this reason it is recommended that individual users experiment and find the sweet spot that works for their body chemistry, lifestyle, and genetic makeup. It has been found that doses in the lower range, like 2.5 to 5mg, can be very effective in producing new muscle growth.
Other studies have shown that a majority of female users notice an increase in acne upon taking this supplement at levels of only 10mg per day.
METHANDIENONE SIDE EFFECTS
Methandienone is a mildly estrogenic steroid that is aromatized by the body. For this reason it may be appropriate for users to take antiestrogens along with it such as Proviron, Tamoxifena, or Clomifene Citrate.
Taking antiestrogens during the cycle helps to regulate the level of estrogen in the body. Arimdex is an aromatase inhibitor which can be one of the most effective means of keeping estrogen levels in check, but it can also prove to be more expensive.
Other possible side effects include:

• Acne
• Hypertension
Since Methandienone is a 17-alkylated drug, it is resistant to being deactivated by the liver. For this reason it can be toxic to the liver.
In order to support liver function while taking this supplement, users can take Cod Liver Oil, Primrose Oil or something similar that contains linolenic acid. This helps promote liver health.
