WHAT IS DROSTANOLONE ENANTHATE (MASTERON ENANTHATE)
Drostanolone Enanthate is well known as one of the best anabolic steroids. This is because of how it is able to prevent estrogenic properties from developing. Since it won’t increase levels of estrogen, it can be useful without causing negative side effects in this regard. Bodybuilders realize they must control estrogen levels, and it can be tough to do so with some of the anabolic steroids out there. Lower estrogen means a better result and it also means more definition during the cutting cycle. Another function of Drostanolone Enanthate is being able to reduce body fat. Drostanolone Enanthate is a Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) based anabolic steroid. However, the DHT has been altered in terms of the hormone structure. The change is the result of a methyl group added. The recommended dose of Drostanolone Enanthate for males is 300 to 400 mg weekly. This needs to be broken up into 3 or 4 injections per week. Some men find the need to increase the dose about 100 mg per week once they see how their body does with it and they need additional benefits. The cycle can range from 6 to 12 weeks.
There is no set dose of Drostanolone Enanthate for women due to the high risk of virilization. The general consensus though is women should avoid using Drostanolone Enanthate and go with a different type of steroid.
DROSTANOLONE ENANTHATE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Using an anabolic steroid with few side effects is encouraging, and makes Drostanolone Enanthate a great choice. Males tend to find it to be very easy to tolerate and have none to little side effects from it. Females can tolerate it well at low doses but if they take too much, virilization can be a serious side effect so don’t ignore those symptoms. Females need to use Drostanolone Enanthate carefully and fully understand what it offers and the possible side effects to help them make a good decision.
The majority of side effects associated with Drostanolone Enanthate fall into the category of being androgenic. Such side effects can include: Acne, Hair loss, Unwanted body hair.
Such side effects aren’t going to be severe unless the user is taking a very high dose of Drostanolone Enanthate. Males who have a genetic history of male pattern baldness are the most vulnerable to the hair loss. It is important to understand 5-Alpha Reductase enzyme doesn’t metabolize with Drostanolone Enanthate. Therefore, adding such an inhibitor like Finasteride isn’t going to offset these androgenic side effects.
Virilization can develop in women if they take too high of a dose. Such side effects can include: Deeper voice, Enlarged clitoris, Unwanted body hair.
Women taking Drostanolone Enanthate need to pay attention to how their body responds to it. Some females do have a sensitivity to it and that can make the side effects more common for them. If any such side effects begin, stop taking the product immediately. Doing so will allow the symptoms to be reversible. If a woman continues to take Drostanolone Enanthate though, the side effects may be permanent.
Cardiovascular – It is important to keep an eye on your cholesterol when you use Drostanolone Enanthate. It can increase the bad cholesterol in the body and lower the good cholesterol. While the changes are often less severe than when a person uses an oral steroid, the impact can be harsh for the body. It is a good idea to test your cholesterol levels before and during the use of Drostanolone Enanthate. Sometimes, it can affect blood pressure too, but that isn’t common.
A diet that is healthy and offers plenty of omega fatty acids can help with regulating cholesterol levels. Makes sure your intake of sugar and saturated fats is low. Your workout sessions should include plenty of cardio to keep your heart healthy.
Hepatotoxicity – Drostanolone Enanthate won’t cause harm to the liver or cause any stress for it.
Estrogenic – There isn’t a problem with Drostanolone Enanthate and estrogen related concerns. However, males who take a high dose of it may develop Gynecomastia. Water retention can develop for both males and females. When you use it, there is no need to take an anti-estrogen product with it. However, if you are stacking you may need to add such a product to offset estrogenic elements from other products in that stack.
Testosterone – The natural production of testosterone will be suppressed while using Drostanolone Enanthate. Males are strongly encouraged to use exogenous testosterone with it so they can avoid issues from low testosterone. It isn’t healthy to have low testosterone and it can take time as well as hormone replacement therapy to increase the production again once there is a problem.
After the cycle of Drostanolone Enanthate ends, the natural production of testosterone should resume as long as it hasn’t been allowed to get too low. It can take several months though to get back to that natural production level. It is a good idea to have a post cycle therapy plan in place to get things moving in the right direction.
It is important to understand men who already have low testosterone will need to have a detailed plan in place before they start using Drostanolone Enanthate.
